At Aircall we take information security seriously. Our customers’ data is encrypted and stored in industry-leading and safe data centers benefiting from some of the strongest information security standards in the industry.
International Information Security Frameworks. Aircall follows the recommendations of various information security frameworks including ISO 27001/27002, SOC 2, and PCI/DSS. We have set up organizational and technical safeguards designed to prevent access to our customers’ data by unauthorized persons.
Aircall Platform Security
Aircall uses a variety of techniques to ensure the security of its customers’ communications and data including the following:
data is encrypted during transmissions between our customers and the server; communications through our web interface are fully encrypted with the latest TLS version; phone calls made through the WebRTC protocol are automatically encrypted and phone calls made with the SIP protocol may be encrypted by TLS; passwords are never stored for internal purposes; and customers’ credit card information is not stored by Aircall and is directly sent to our payment processor.

Aircall solely uses secured data centers provided by Amazon Web Services. These data centers provide high levels of security in all jurisdictions. The redundancy of the infrastructure ensures that customer data is safe by allowing for efficient disaster recovery procedures.
Aircall Internal Security
Aircall’s infrastructure is constantly monitored both by internal and external teams. Regular penetration tests are conducted periodically by independent teams of professionals.
