Great phone system
We spent 3 weeks (and countless headaches) trying to set up a phone system from a competitor. After 3 weeks, we still weren't able to make a phone call. The day that I discovered Aircall, I had a functional trial in my hands, was able to make a call on a new phone number, and then had my whole team set up. Fast Implementation and Intuitive UX
Aircall was incredibly fast to implement for my team of 15+ users when the pandemic began and we needed to quickly and efficiently pivot to remote work. In my opinion, the responsive support they provided and the speed with which we were able to get our teams up and running after moving from the office to home for the first time was remarkable. We had both our sales team and our customer service team set up with Aircall accounts on their Macs and mobile devices within 48 hours!See this review
Aircall gives us office functionality without being in the office. We are able to take calls and transfer them with ease. Also, we are able to use our business number so that when we call our customers they see our local business number on their caller ID. Give Aircall a shot. Aircall has been amazing, from the Support guys to the Customer Satisfaction team. The most important part of Aircall is that we're able to sync the contacts between our different phone lines and add the contact during the calls or afterward. Comes with a native application for both MacOS and iOS. Integration with Hubspot CRM, meaning that all call recordings are available directly on the contact page...Our team is very mobile and can work from anywhere - we needed a cloud based telephone system.See this review

I truly love the Aircall application
I truly love the Aircall application. My customers can hear me and the quality of calls are always very clear. I love being able to check the mic input and output prior to each call to ensure that my headset is properly functioning.See this review
Aircall sound quality is consistently great
Aircall sound quality is consistently great. There doesn't seem to be any issues ever when using the app for connection, the only time poor audio connection has been experienced appears to have been on the customer end due to reception/speaker phone. The calls drop through straight away upon picking them up too, there isn't a delay.See this review

Great application for our growing team
My team has been using Aircall for over a year now and love the flexibility it offers, allowing us to grow our team from a single line and user up to over 20 users and 10 lines as of present. The ease of it all has been the most beneficial, allowing us to add users, assign them to specific lines and teams, and add custom scripting to our inbound calls in only a few minutes has been a great benefit.See this review

Very nice app to use for work!
I never had any issues with aircall. It runs using minimal internet speed requirements which is very good for me as a home-based online worker. Voice clarity and sound quality, plus loud ringtones, are also very effective. Very nice app to use for work!See this review

The ability to integrate your system into a single call is incredible. You don't need to ask for account/order numbers related to customer issues. Aircall pulls the customer info associated with the phone number and it's ready to be selected for quick customer support. The analytics features are great too.
