Overview

Connect Aircall with Help Scout to increase customer support team productivity and efficiency. Support reps save time with automatic call logging and have easy access to customer profiles to have personalized conversations.

Log calls automatically

All calls are automatically logged as Tickets in Help Scout along with key details about the call and the name of the Aircall line that was used. Tags, call comments, and a link to the call recording is synced to Help Scout. No manual data entry needed.

View caller details at a glance

Incoming calls in Aircall will link to customer profiles in Help Scout as soon as the phone rings. As such, reps can see the caller’s name and customer details to have more informed conversations. If the caller does not yet have a record, a new customer profile will be created.

Sync mailbox

Admins can choose the Help Scout mailbox where calls will be logged and which phone lines are synced in Help Scout.
