Top 5 Aircall Updates - 2024 so far 

5. Brand-new MMS capability

In at number 5, and worth the wait, Business MMS. Our customers in the US and Canada can now send and receive multimedia files directly from the Aircall Phone. It makes communication more efficient, giving your customers more options to connect, so you can meet them right where they are.

4. Tighter security 

Aircall now features two-factor authentication, giving your account greater protection against third party intruders.

3. Greater call handling efficiency

Call routing has never been more flexible. With Import Flows, you can now copy and paste an existing number’s call distribution to another number - drastically cutting down admin time. And with our brand new smart routing, you can now route calls based on data stored in your CRM or help desk of choice. Ensure your customers are connected with the best agent every time, and quickly reduce call handling time.

2. Gain conversation intelligence

We know how important it is for you to gain insights and intelligence from every conversation, so this has been a key focus for Aircall in recent months. 

Here’s what’s changing:

  • Four brand-new dashboards coming to the Professional plan. Sales and Customer Support leaders will be able to access key performance metrics to measure the success of their outbound strategy, improve customer experience and team productivity, and optimize resources. 

  • Analytics+ has been further improved with two new dashboards. Win-win for both Sales and Customer Support teams. Why? Because you gain in-depth visibility to every inbound and outbound call. Great news for your KPIs, your team staffing, sales conversion and customer satisfaction.

1. New AI powered tools

This quarter’s number 1 is all about AI. This remains the hot priority for our customers so we’ve been hard at work, making it even more valuable:

  • Aircall AI features including call summaries, key topics and talk ratios are now available in French, Spanish and German.

  • Currently testing and launching soon is AI Search, enabling you to search by key words and phrases across all calls to find the most relevant conversations to review. Available soon in English, French, Spanish and German, for customers using Aircall AI.
