Aircall’s integration with Salesforce
We’re proud of our Salesforce partnership and integrations! As many of you know, we provide 2 types of integration, tailored to suit your needs:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud: creating tasks associated to your contacts
- Salesforce Service Cloud: creating cases for every call
With Sales Cloud, customers can have all their calls logged into Salesforce.
Basically call history and call recordings are logged to the existing contact in Salesforce. They also the possibility to create a new contact if no match is found.
In Service Cloud, missed calls and voicemails create cases that are assigned to the right team member. You will be able to use your Salesforce rules and workflows on the call logs and assign priorities or users to the calls.

Every year Dreamforce brings together celebrities and famous entrepreneurs! Shark Tank’s famous shark will be judging pitches at the Dreampitch event, along with Chris Sacca.
The event, will give three lucky startups a chance to pitch in front of Cuban and Sacca. The judges will only decide who gets how much, as Salesforce’s own VC arm, Salesforce Ventures, will be the one making the actual investment that can go up to $150,000 in total.
