We have officially landed in Berlin!
After opening offices in Sydney, Madrid, and London, we’re continuing our ride across the globe by arriving in the German capital.
Our first German office is located in the WeWork Atrium Tower in the heart of Berlin so we can be even closer to our DACH customers and partners.

An engaged team for even better service for the DACH region
The current Berlin team has 15 members with five different nationalities. The goal is to grow the team by at least 30 new talents for our marketing, sales, and partnerships departments by the end of 2022.

All members of the Berlin-based team aim to tailor and adapt our product and services to the specific local needs of our customers in the DACH region.
Having a local office will not only ease up personal conversations with customers, talents, and partners. The local presence will also become a major advantage when it comes to optimizing features and carriers as well as taking action regarding safety and data protection.
Next to our growth and continuous product development, a closer presence to our contacts in the DACH region was our primary reason for opening an office in Berlin.
By having a local office, more than 50 partners—like Deutsche Telekom, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk—and over 1,500 customers—like SumUp, Jochen Schweizer, Idealo, Clark, or Scout24—can benefit from personalized support.
The same applies to the Benelux and Nordic countries, as the Berlin-based team will also look after those regions.

The German capital is well known for its vivid start-up scene and hub for upcoming entrepreneurs next to a pool of talents—and has ticked all the boxes for Aircall.
The combination of the local presence and the huge potential of the Berlin-based tech hub are ideal conditions for further adapting our product to fit local needs. According to Léo, the foundation for this development was set years ago.
