In Aircall, call transcription is automatically enabled on supported numbers and languages. You can disable the feature should you wish. When possible, along with each call recording, Aircall will provide the corresponding transcript. Customers can click on the part of the text they are reading to listen to the corresponding audio. For voicemails, transcription allows agents to read them instead of listening, directly from within the Aircall phone app.
Transcription is currently available in English and French. It is automatically enabled on US, GB, AU, and FR numbers. More languages are being added in the near future, with Spanish and German coming soon. We will continue to prioritize new languages based on customer demand.
