In this month’s edition of Aircall Insider, we’re excited to share updates across AI Agents that bring your customers a smoother call experience and get their questions answered faster. Here’s what’s new:

AI Voice Agents connect the dots between calls

Nobody likes having to repeat their name, issue, or account details every time they get transferred. It turns a simple handoff into starting over.

AI Voice Agent’s memory handoff now fixes that. Available by default for eligible agents, there’s nothing to set up or migrate. When one AI Voice Agent transfers a call, it passes along the full conversation: the facts the caller already shared and even the reason for the transfer. The receiving agent can open with that context as soon as they enter the conversation, so they can continue without going back to square one. Support, billing, and sales AI Agents now work as one team, and there’s no configuration needed as you expand multi-agent workflows.

AI Agents can now access knowledge bases directly from the source

No more manual documentation updates! AI Agents now connect to your existing knowledge base in Zendesk, Salesforce, and Document360 (with HubSpot on the way) to answer questions as accurately as your best rep across calls and messages. Update an article once, and AI Agents pick up the change automatically, without needing to re-sync.

Coming soon: Photo interpretation from AI Messaging Agents

Customers don't just type; they also send screenshots of errors, photos of damaged packages, pictures of receipts, and other visual evidence. Soon, your AI Messaging Agents will be able to read these types of attachments and more to resolve conversations on the spot or pass off to your team with full context. Stay tuned for more updates.

Learn how to launch your first Outbound Campaign

Outbound Campaigns gives sales and support teams a native way to run coordinated outreach right from Aircall. On September 8, we’re hosting a live webinar to show you how to set up your first campaign, step-by-step.

Join us at 9 AM EDT to walk through the product, see how to build and launch a campaign from scratch, learn where to find your results in Campaign Analytics, and hear why teams are already loving it. Whether you're running cold outreach, following up on warm leads, or managing renewals, you'll leave knowing exactly how Outbound Campaigns can fit into your workflow.

What else is new at Aircall?

Save your filters, stop rebuilding your reports

Analytics dashboards now support preset filters. Save your most-used combinations, switch instantly between team or region views, and share a saved preset by link so every manager starts from the same numbers.

Equip your AI Agents to send SMS

When a caller needs a booking link, tracking update, or form, your AI Voice Agent now sends it by SMS, right in the middle of the call. No pause, no handoff to a person, no extra tool to set up. Just set timing and messaging guidelines, and the agent takes care of the rest.
