We’re headed down under, opening our first Australian office in Sydney. And while moving to a new city can be daunting, it’s always better when you have friends living there.
With an existing customer base of 500+ clients in Australia, Aircall has established a strong and growing presence in this market. Plus, working trends are changing, and cloud communications are more important than ever. To enable the best customer experience possible, we wanted to provide attentive support and high call quality to our Aussie customers and partners, locally.
“The remote office boom shifted how many of us work — from communicating with co-workers to measuring productivity. We are eagerly anticipating working with those in the Australian market to make communicating with prospects, customers, and colleagues successful in any work environment, whether that be remotely, in-person, or a mix of the two.”— Olivier Pailhès, Co-founder and CEO, Aircall
Our strong partnerships with worldwide tech firms like JobAdder, HubSpot and Salesforce have already given us great visibility in Australia. We’re also looking forward to strengthening our relationships with innovative local businesses, such as AgriWebb and Rezdy.
“The fact that more than 500 Aussie companies decided to use Aircall from word of mouth speaks volumes. On top of it, the vibrant local tech ecosystem that we engaged in for the past 3 years is very welcoming. Aircall will contribute as much as possible to highlight the local scene internationally, and greatly benefit from joining this thriving environment.” — Andrei Sochala, APAC Sales Director, Aircall
Sydney marks our third office opening, with global headquarters already located in France and New York.
