ONiAD

ONiAd is an advertising management software that provides users with a simple, accurate, and economical way to buy advertising space online. To understand how the team benefited from pairing Aircall and Bloobirds, we spoke to SDR Manager Vicky Gramoso.

Q: What challenges were you looking to overcome with Aircall and Bloobirds?

Vicky Gramoso: We were looking for a solution that would boost our sales processes and turn our newly created team into a sales machine. We especially needed something that could integrate with Pipedrive and that could also create a scalable model for both our SDR and Sales departments. 

Q: How does voice play into your support/sales strategy?

VG: Being able to go back and listen to calls allows us to monitor and improve SDRs’ pitches, detect and understand objections, and overall get a better picture of our prospects and messaging, which is especially relevant when it comes to prospecting. Having all these insights allows us to see what we’re missing and where we need to adjust our strategy. 

This is also super helpful for the onboarding of new team members since we are able to understand what works and replicate it faster with new incorporations.

Q: Which features (from both Aircall and Bloobirds) do you get the most value out of?

VG: I like just how easy it is to work with both tools without having to go back and forth between different apps. We have all our prospecting and sales processes within Bloobirds and their integration with Aircall allows my SDRs to start reaching out to prospects in just one click. It’s easy to set up and the quality of the calls can’t get any better.

Q: How has using Aircall and Bloobirds impacted you and your team?

VG: The Bloobirds and Aircall integration has helped my team reach out to prospects better and close meetings faster. They have all they need to carry out the entire prospecting process on a single platform and I can then also track these conversations and listen to them whenever I need to, so I’m able to provide them with the feedback they need and get the insights that are actually relevant for our company. 

Q: How did you realize that the Bloobirds x Aircall integration would help you solve your business challenges? How did you hear about it?

VG: We started using Aircall when we started using Bloobirds, and the results came in fast. With higher contactability, the evolution our SDRs have experienced is huge and since day one we’ve been closing more and better-qualified meetings. This has allowed us to achieve the objectives that we set in our strategic plan.

Q: Do you have any advice for someone considering using Aircall and Bloobirds?

VG: I would say go for it. In our case, it’s proven to be incredibly effective and work well for our team. Of course, there are always things that can be improved, but overall, using Aircall and Bloobirds has been a complete win for our organization. 

Innovamat

Innovamat is an educational project that seeks to revolutionize how kids learn math. To understand how Innovamat benefited from using Aircall and Bloobirds, we spoke to SDR Lead Carles García.

Q: What challenges were you looking to overcome with Aircall and Bloobirds?

Carles García (CG): Our team can make up to 300 calls a day and we were struggling to find a solution that could provide us with good communication and, at the same time, allow us to keep track of all our activity. We have different teams that call to different locations around the world, so our main challenge was to centralize our communication system and be able to keep up with all the calls we were making. 

Q: How does voice play into your support/sales strategy?

CG: Our main channel of contact with our prospects is the phone, so, having the highest possible quality in order to get the most out of our calls is extremely important for us. 

We also have different markets and have to reach out from different countries, so this is a huge part of our strategy. 

Q: Which features (from both Aircall and Bloobirds) do you get the most value out of?

CG: I love that both systems can easily integrate with other tools as well as with each other. The setup is extremely easy and user friendly and the day-to-day use is very intuitive. 

From Aircall I really like the call routing. We make many calls a day and sometimes we get called back. If an SDR is unable to take that call, it automatically gets sent to another one, so we don’t miss it. Simple but very useful.

From Bloobirds I like their pipeline management feature. Again, we reach out to many prospects every single day, so being able to have everything organized into simple tasks allows the team to work faster and be much more efficient. 

Q: How has using Aircall and Bloobirds impacted you and your team?

CG: Since we started using Aircall and Bloobirds, we’ve noticed a huge improvement in terms of results. Being able to not only track every single call we make, but also go back and listen to them whenever we need to has been a complete game changer for our team. 

Aircall allows us to reach out from different parts of the world within a centralized system, so we don’t have to worry about quality, which is always great for everyone. Bloobirds helps our SDRs know exactly who they have to call and I get a clear view of my team’s performance. 

Also, having our sales playbook available at the exact moment we’re about to call someone has made prospecting ten times easier for us. It has helped us refine our outreach, be more consistent and close more meetings. 

Q: How did you realize that the Bloobirds x Aircall integration would help you solve your business challenges? How did you hear about it?

CG: We heard about Aircall from Bloobirds. We were using a different dialer provider when we started working with them but we were not very happy with the results. As soon as we saw the potential both apps had together, we decided to switch and try it out and we’ve seen improvements ever since. 

Q: Do you have any advice for someone considering using Aircall and Bloobirds?

CG: If you’re looking for a great sales engagement platform and calling software for your sales team, I would suggest trying Aircall and Bloobirds together. They have a very good integration that’s super easy to set up and that works super well. Both teams have good customer support and usually answer questions/incidents very quickly. 

Incapto Coffee

Incapto has set out to shake up the coffee industry and present a higher quality alternative to coffee in pods. Its ambition is to diversify the consumption habits of consumers through a more sustainable alternative. To understand how Incapto benefited from pairing Aircall and Bloobirds, we spoke with Francesc Gallinat, who leads Sales Operations.

Q: What challenges were you looking to overcome with Aircall and Bloobirds?

Francesc Gallinat (FG): We were struggling to keep track of our calls and were looking into something that could help us make sure every call and result would be registered in our system. 

Q: How does voice play into your support/sales strategy?

FG: Phone calls play a major role in our sales strategy as they provide a closer connection between us and our prospects.

FG: Since we started using Aircall and Bloobrids we have defined more precise processes and KPIs. Our team has grown from 3 sales reps to 16 in a year. We’re able to collect more relevant data that can later be used to improve our operations. 

Q: How did you realize that the Bloobirds x Aircall integration would help you solve your business challenges? How did you hear about it?

FG: By tracking our calls better, we were able to organize our data in dashboards and use it in tests to determine the best call strategy for us. We gained more visibility in terms of results and have a better understanding of what’s working and what needs to be improved.

FG: When defining processes you must search for excellence so Aircall and Bloobirds are definitely worth trying.
