However, it is vital to take into account the local laws and regulations of each region, as they determine the way customers can purchase and use local numbers. In some cases, owning a number will require a business to provide proof of identification.

Offering a self-service product is one of Aircall’s most important product values. That’s why we are making it easier and more intuitive to get your local numbers into compliance with the regional laws and regulations. 

From now on, users will be able to purchase numbers and bring them into compliance, directly from the Aircall dashboard. All the required information and proof of identification can be provided directly on the platform, speeding up the process and making it easier for businesses to meet the legal requirements. 

How it works 

Purchasing numbers 

Easily purchase and secure any local number, with or without legal requirements from the Aircall dashboard in 3 simple steps:

You can instantly identify numbers requiring documentation and information directly from the Aircall dashboard.

Then, enter the required information through the form.

At Aircall, data privacy is of the utmost importance to us; all the data uploaded through this form is securely collected, encrypted and protected to keep it safe. 

Moreover, you will have to do this only once per region. Each time you buy a number in the same location it will be instantly verified and compliant. 

Proof of ID and Information Verification

Once your proofs and information have been submitted, it can take up to a few days to verify and validate them. This is to make sure that they are compliant with your local laws and regulations. 

Once they have been verified, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your numbers have been verified and are in compliance with your regional requirements.
