Kinzer, who led successful IPOs for SaaS companies Hubspot and Blackboard, joins Aircall’s board amid the company’s continuous global momentum. Aircall recently reached centaur status with $100m Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), plans to expand with offices in Madrid and Singapore later this year and welcomed Michael Haske as the company’s new CEO earlier this month.

“I am thrilled with the addition of John Kinzer to the Aircall board. John brings extensive knowledge that will help guide Aircall through this next exciting chapter. In just 8 years after its founding, the company has grown tremendously and is one of the world’s fastest growing SaaS companies – $120 million in a Series D funding round and a $1bn valuation. As we continue this upward trajectory, Aircall will leverage John’s experience to ensure the company’s continued success as we navigate Aircall into the future. ”Michael Haske, CEO, Aircall

Kinzer joins the board alongside 6 other members including Aircall’s former CEO and co-founder, Olivier Pailhes. Pailhes, alongside his co-founders Jonathan Anguelov, Pierre-Baptiste Béchu and Xavier Durand, launched Aircall in 2014 after seeing the need for a better communication platform for businesses to interact with their customers.
