    Olivier began his career at The Boston Consulting Group and ArcelorMittal. While working in large enterprises, he saw the opportunity to improve the way businesses connect with customers on the phone. This insight urged him to enter the start-up world and create Aircall. Olivier holds an MBA from HEC School of Management in Paris.

  • Sandrine Meunier

    CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER (CPO)

    Over the last 20 years, Sandrine has led HR and people teams for global businesses within retail, luxury, beauty and technology industries. Prior to joining Aircall, she was the Vice President of People for Ledger, a leader in security and infrastructure solutions for cryptocurrencies and blockchain applications. Before that, she was the Chief Human Resources Officer France at The Estée Lauder Companies and Vice President of Learning and Talents at Saint Laurent Couture, Kering Group.

    Sandrine Meunier

    CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER (CPO)

    Over the last 20 years, Sandrine has led HR and people teams for global businesses within retail, luxury, beauty and technology industries. Prior to joining Aircall, she was the Vice President of People for Ledger, a leader in security and infrastructure solutions for cryptocurrencies and blockchain applications. Before that, she was the Chief Human Resources Officer France at The Estée Lauder Companies and Vice President of Learning and Talents at Saint Laurent Couture, Kering Group.

    CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

    For more than 20 years, Amaury has led large-scale international transformation projects - ecapital investments, mergers and acquisitions, carve-out, post-merger integration,. With significant experience in financial consulting, auditing and corporate banking, Amaury has acted as a senior executive in several finance services of Euronext and NYSE listed companies. Focusing on value creation through synergies or organization and performance optimization, Amaury always leveraged his expertise to develop companies and teams that he managed in various business and cultural contexts. He joins Aircall in 2022 as CFO, at a strategic development stage.

    Jonathan has always had entrepreneurship in his DNA, with a particular passion for tech and real estate. He co-founded Aircall in 2014 with Olivier Pailhès (Aircall CEO), Pierre-Baptiste Béchu (CTPO) and Xavier Durand, and focused on Aircall’s growth, managing revenue teams globally. Today, as CSO, he leads Aircall’s global sales force. Jonathan is one of the 50 leaders under 40 who are shaking up the French economy.

    Jonathan has always had entrepreneurship in his DNA, with a particular passion for tech and real estate. He co-founded Aircall in 2014 with Olivier Pailhès (Aircall CEO), Pierre-Baptiste Béchu (CTPO) and Xavier Durand, and focused on Aircall’s growth, managing revenue teams globally. Today, as CSO, he leads Aircall’s global sales force. Jonathan is one of the 50 leaders under 40 who are shaking up the French economy.

    CHIEF CUSTOMER OFFICER (CCO)

    Mary Nelson is an insightful leader and pragmatic problem solver best known for successfully scaling high growth technology and SaaS companies through IPO and beyond. With a belief that great things happen when customers are put at the heart of strategic, product and service decisions, she has evolved talent, structure and culture to effectively lead global and domestic teams through successive stages of growth. Previously, Mary was the Chief Client Officer at Alkami, a $200M ARR digital banking company that made its Nasdaq (ALKT) debut in April 2021. Leading a team of 200 customer facing professionals, Mary delivered the highest user growth in the digital banking industry over a 3-year period. Prior to Alkami, Mary was SVP, Client Services – Americas at Monitise, an early competitor in the mobile digital banking arena. Earlier, she held executive leadership roles in global and domestic technology companies in breakthrough industries including B2C text messaging and broadband deployment. Mary is currently the Chief Customer Officer at Aircall.

Aircall’s Beginning

The idea of Aircall was born at the eFounders studio in Paris in 2014. Recognizing that a telephone system is complex and expensive to set up, the co-founders set themselves the challenge of revolutionizing corporate telephony. In just a few weeks, they built the first version of Aircall. As they realized the potential of their idea, the four entrepreneurs started facing technical and operational challenges.

How do you deliver the best possible call quality from various environments and local providers? How do you develop a reliable and durable architecture in a constantly changing space? Completing 500 startup's 2015 Batch in San Francisco, Olivier Pailhes, Jonathan Anguelov, Xavier Durand and Pierre-Baptiste Béchu then raised $2.75 million to make their project a reality. In 5 months, the team grew from 5 to 15 people and the turnover tripled. Aircall's success story had just begun.
