Aircall currently has five Employee Resource Groups and a Bookclub that foster inclusivity, learning, and community:

Our ERGs aim to provide personal and professional growth to its members while helping to keep the company accountable in all facets of our DE&I vision.
Aircall Asian Alliance
AAA ERG focuses on building community, networking, and the professional development of advancing Asian Pacific employees while driving impact both inside and outside of Aircall.
Aircall Black Collective
ABC ERG focuses on safe, inclusive, and equitable environments for current and future Black employees while creating fellowship and professional development advancement opportunities for the community.
Gender Equality Matters
GEM ERG focuses on Gender Equality and providing greater visibility for women while also increasing recruitment, retention, and advancement of women at Aircall.
Conscious Reads focuses on starting thought-provoking conversations while driving more awareness around identity and diversity of ideas, perspectives, and experiences at Aircall.
The Queercall ERG focuses on fostering fellowship, community and a safe-space for LGBTQIA+ colleagues while identifying social impact opportunities along with professional advancement for the community.
AirChallah aims to foster inclusivity and provide a platform for Jewish employees to connect, network, and share their culture with other Aircallees (as well as a loaf of Challah bread from time to time).
The Green ERG at Aircall aims to educate all employees through workshops and webinars, and to facilitate sustainable improvements in the regional offices. We are continuously evaluating Aircall’s carbon footprint and identifying ways to improve it.
