Our Vision

At Aircall, we believe diversity, equity, and inclusion—irrespective of origins, identity, background, and orientations—are core to our Aircall journey.

We promote active inclusion to foster a strong sense of belonging, which is one of our main strengths as a business. We strive to assemble diverse people that can enrich and learn from each other. We pledge to make sure everyone not only has a seat at the table but is valued at the table—providing equal opportunities to develop and thrive.

We will constantly challenge ourselves to make sure that we live up to our ambitions around diversity, equity, and inclusion, and keep this conversation open because we realize that we have work to do and much to learn.

As a part of Aircall’s DE&I journey, it’s important for us to understand exactly where we stand when it comes to our individual biases and how we each have a role to play in actionable allyship of underrepresented groups and systems of inequality. We must first listen before we can learn and we must unlearn behaviors before we can change. Only then can we begin to see sustained progress.

Aircall’s Employee Resource Groups

Aircall currently has four Employee Resource Groups and a Bookclub that foster inclusivity, learning, and community: Aircall Asian Alliance · Aircall Black Collective · Gender Equality Matters · Queercall · BLM–BAME Bookclub.

Our ERGs aim to provide personal and professional growth to its members while helping to keep the company accountable in all facets of our DE&I vision.

AAA ERG focuses on building community, networking, and the professional development of advancing Asian Pacific employees while driving impact both inside and outside of Aircall.
