We know that our customers want to understand their customers better. The redesigning of our numbers setup structure puts that idea first and foremost, prioritizing the need for better customer experiences all across the board.

One important factor that went into the new update was our user’s privacy concerns — specifically around call recordings. We have now made it easier for you to decide when you want to record a call (or not), based on your industry regulations and customer agreements.

This simplified structure also lets you define and track exactly what your customers experience when they are calling your team. Features like call distribution, adding and deleting teams, and customizing your music and messages are easier to manage, right from your dashboard.

Business Hours

Setting up business hours is easier than ever on our redesigned interface. You can pick what times you’re open and closed each day directly from the dashboard, and quickly change them when needed.

Call Distribution

Simply add or remove members from each call distribution by selecting the agent’s name directly from the tree. Then adjust teams, call distribution, and ring time with just one click.
