G2 is the world’s largest tech marketplace and peer-to-peer review site. Businesses can review the technology they use day-to-day, and discover other softwares and applications that could improve their processes and performance. The quarterly G2 Grid® Report for Contact Center  helps buyers to understand the competitive landscape of products and services and where they stand in the category. The information is largely based on businesses’ reviews around elements like ease of use, ease of implementation, customer satisfaction, and more.

According to the report, 92% of users think Aircall is easy to use. That’s because we’re committed to delivering a smooth and seamless experience for our users, with straightforward navigation and intuitive functionality, or, as one review put it: “Absolutely simple but effective customer communication tool.”

Customer Satisfaction:
