Click-to-dial with an embedded Aircall dialer

Launch Aircall from any candidate or client contact phone number in Spott. The embedded dialer opens with the number prefilled and can remain docked in Spott, allowing users to place calls without switching apps.

Live call notifications and caller recognition

Spott shows real-time in-app notifications as inbound and outbound Aircall calls ring, connect, and end. When the external number belongs to a known person, the notification identifies them and provides direct access to their Spott record.

Automatic call logging

Inbound and outbound Aircall calls are automatically logged as activities in Spott with their direction, participants, phone numbers, timing, and answer status. This keeps the communication history current without requiring recruiters to log calls manually.

Automatic candidate and contact linking

Spott matches Aircall calls by phone number and links the call and any AI-generated note to the correct candidate or client contact, including the relevant company context. Calls from unknown numbers are retained and can be linked automatically when matching contact information is added later.

AI call transcription

Recorded Aircall calls are automatically imported and transcribed, with the recording and full time-aligned transcript available in Spott. Workspace admins can choose the minimum call duration to transcribe, and Spott identifies speakers where possible.

Configurable AI call summaries

Spott turns each call transcript into a structured Note using the best-matching workspace insight template. Admins can create and edit templates—including their sections, instructions, format, and level of detail—so candidate interviews, client conversations, and general calls produce the right summary.

AI-powered follow-up

Processed Aircall conversations can generate suggested follow-up tasks and candidate record updates, with the originating call retained as the source. Users can review the suggestions in Spott before acting on them.

Contact sync from Spott to Aircall

Optional one-way contact sync creates Aircall contacts for qualified Spott candidates and client contacts, including their name, company, phone numbers, and email addresses. When a matching Aircall contact already exists, Spott enriches it with missing phone numbers and email addresses instead of creating a duplicate.

Users will be able to send SMS messages from Spott through an SMS-capable Aircall number, bringing calling and texting together in the same recruiter workflow.
