New York—June 29, 2023.

After reaching centaur status with $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) a year ago, Aircall, a cloud-based phone and communications platform, continues to grow globally, with more than 17,000 customers worldwide.

Almost 10 years after its creation, Aircall's executive leadership team is growing with the appointment of internal experts. True to its values, Aircall relies on the promotion of its talents, major players in its success, to achieve its long-term ambitions.

Alexandra Diez, who joined the company's Human Resources department in April 2023, is appointed CPO. Emmanuelle Benoliel, who designed and developed EMEA and then global marketing strategies, will join Aircall's executive team as Chief Marketing Officer. Frédéric Viet, who is behind Aircall's success in APAC, will take over as Chief Sales Officer in September 2023 and will lead the sales teams from New York.

Jonathan Anguelov, co-founder of the company, will step down from his operational role. He will follow and remain closely involved in the development of Aircall and will devote himself to new entrepreneurial projects.

This new executive leadership team, led by Olivier Pailhès, co-founder and CEO of Aircall, will be responsible for expanding Aircall's position in each of its strategic territories (EMEA, US, APAC) and increasing the company's revenues and profitability.

Olivier Pailhès, Aircall’s CEO, comments: "Aircall can now rely on solid foundations to continue its development and guarantee its long-term success. I sincerely thank Jonathan for everything he has brought to the company and I have no doubt about his success in his new projects. His presence at our side and his experience will be indispensable in this new stage of Aircall's life.

We are equipped to weather the crisis that the tech sector is experiencing in many markets. More than ever, our priority is to support companies in their development and we are convinced that the customer experience is a real driver of their growth. Alexandra, Emmanuelle, and Frédéric join the leadership team with a clear and ambitious roadmap. Their expertise and leadership will be valuable assets to continue our trajectory of success and confirm our position as a leading player in the cloud telephony market. I am very proud that they are committed by my side."
