Vizalia (formerly Urgentime) is the visual customer experience for contact centers. From support to telesales, we let your agents, human and AI, show instead of explaining, and get decisions made instead of keeping customers waiting.

With the Aircall integration, a Vizalia card appears in Aircall Workspace on every call. One click opens Vizalia with the caller's number already filled in: the customer receives a link by SMS and joins from their phone in under a second.
