LaunchEngine builds operations systems for property management and real estate, connecting monday.com with the software these teams run on: Rentvine, Buildium, AppFolio, and QuickBooks.

Aircall is the communication layer in that stack. Property managers live on the phone, and most calls turn into work someone has to track. We implement Aircall and wire it into the monday workspace where that work already lives, so call activity lands in monday.com, not a separate silo.

AI agents are the next layer. Inbound PM calls are highly repetitive: maintenance intake, rent questions, showing requests. We map those patterns and design where Aircall's voice and messaging agents fit, so routine calls resolve without a human and the rest reach the right person with context attached.
