With the Aircall - Salesforce integration, all your calls are logged into Salesforce. Call history and call recordings are logged to the existing contact in Salesforce, or create a new contact if no match is found.
In Service Cloud, missed calls and voicemails create cases that are assigned to the right team member. You will be able to use your Salesforce rules and workflows on the call logs and assign priorities or users to the calls.
